Almdorf Kreischberg West II is a new development by the developer Alpen Real GmbH. This company has been specialising in the development and construction of traditional wood chalets and has built more than 300 houses in different projects.

 

On the point where the three provinces, Salzburgerland, Carinthia and Styria meet, a small scale chalet village with 40 houses was built in 2007-2008, just outside the picturesque village of Stadl aan de Mur. The second phase is an extension of the existing chalet park and consists of 11 very large plots of approximately 850 m². The concept is simple: you choose your plot and floor area (70, 100 or 115 m² ) and your chalet will be built for you with superior bedrooms and bathrooms.  Every whim can be catered for and covered terraces, an open fireplace, a sauna, a conservatory among other items, can be built. Hence your chalet will be built exactly as you wish.

 

The houses will be built around the tried and tested traditional timber framework using local materials. The foundations and pillars will be made out of reinforced concrete. Only top quality materials will be used for the building work to ensure of a high quality finish.
