At 1600 metres high, on the piste of the Klippitztörl ski resort, the building of the Alpenchalets Klippitz project has been underway:  diffirent kind of detached chalets with excellent views to the surrounding mountain peaks. The chalets’ living areas range from 70 to 125m² with 2 - 4 bedrooms and at your choice sauna and own “wellness” with original Jacuzzi. Prices start at €110,000. All chalets are to be built on plots of  300 - 600 m².

 

The Alpenchalets Klippitz  will be built by the Austrian company, Almdorf Bauträger This developer has been specializing in the development of traditional chalets for more than 20 years and has constructed more than 300 houses in its various projects.

 

This project will be right on the ski piste of Klippitztörl at a height of 1600 metres and is easily accessible from the main road. There will be grassland between the gravel roads on the park and on the individual plots. The chalets will be connected to a sewerage system and will have electricity and water connections.

 

The houses will be constructed around the traditional wooden shell using local natural materials. The foundations and pillars will be of reinforced concrete. Only high grade materials will be used in order to achieve a high quality finish.
