The Almdorf an de Mur with 20 to 30 detached chalets, is situated on the banks of the Mur and walking distance from the historical old town of Murau. Next to the chalets are the tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), squash, fitness area and a charming bistro with its own terrace. Several kilometres away you will find the Murau-Kreischberg 18 hole golf course and the lifts to the Kreischberg ski area. The average plot size is 550 m2 on which you can have your own chalet built. The park is built in small sheltered enclosures each with 8-9 chalets. Due to its location near the town centre, several ski areas, golf courses and other tourist attractions it is an ideal holiday destination both in the summer and winter.

 

Almdorf an der Mur is a new development by the project developer Almdorf Bauträger GmbH. This Austrian developer has been market leader in the development and building of classic and traditional timber chalets for over 20 years and has built more than 300 houses in its various projects.

 

The concept is simple: you choose your plot and the chalet of your choice will be built. It will have a living space of between 65-150 m2 with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Luxury options such as an open fireplace, sauna, covered terrace, conservatory etc. can be placed. In short, you have your chalet built exactly how you would like it. You can also choose from the other chalet type s– ECO, T70 or Sonneck.

 

The houses will be constructed from the tried and tested local timber. The foundations and pillars are made from reinforced concrete. Only high quality materials will be used to achieve a high quality finish.
