The project
The houses are on two or three levels and have three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living area of 120 to 140 m2. The homes in Alpine Park Turracher Höhe are designed to fit into the natural environment and offer excellent comfort. The houses will be constructed around the traditional wooden shell using local natural materials. The foundation consists of reinforced pillars concrete anchored in the bedrock. Only high grade materials will be used in order to achieve a high quality finish. The chalet park is directly accessible from the road and a number of roads will lead to the chalets. At least one parking space is planned for each chalet.

Layout of T130 Turm (Tower)
Building of Architectural Design
The “Turmchalet” (Tower Chalet) is unique chalet type. The layout is based on a design by the famous architect’s office, Team a Graz run by Herbert Missoni and Jörg Wallmuller from Graz. The company was inspired by the internationally known “Grazer Schule” and it has already many architectural works of art under its hat such as the Kärnter Tourismusschulen (Carinthian School of Tourism) in Villag, Therme NOVA in Köflach and the Arnold-Schwarzenegger-Stadium in Graz-Liebenau .
This chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total a living space of 130 m2. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The entrance with porch, and the chalet’s storage room are on the middle level. You also will find 2 bedrooms with French windows on to the balcony on this level, as well as the “in-house” wellness with an IR sauna, Jacuzzi, whirlpool, shower, toilet and double basin. From the Jacuzzi you have glorious views of the surrounding nature. The living area of this chalet is on the third floor. You will find here a delightful living room with open kitchen, large lounge and dining areas and a gas fireplace. From the bathroom you have access to a spacious covered balcony.
T140 Treehouse
In the Alpenpark Turracher Höhe the position of each chalet is carefully determined in order to be in accordance with the environmental characteristics of that plot. A very important element in this determination are the centuries old pine trees. In consultation with an architectural biologist it is determined which trees may be cut to enhance the views from the house, without damaging the specific and unique environmental character of the Turracherhöhe.
Especially for those plots in the park with many high trees, the new Tree House – type T140- has been developed. In this chalet, the bedrooms and wellness are situated on the ground floor and the living on the first floor. Living between the treetops, you can enjoy unobstructed and wide views. This idea is even further enhanced by the panoramic windows in the facade of the chalet. An extra spacious experience is created by the slanting roof with its visible massive wooden beams.
The chalet has 5 bedrooms from which 2 have an en suite bathroom. The standard in-house wellness area includes an infrared Sauna, Jacuzzi whirlpool, shower, toilet and sink. The living area of this beautiful chalet is a spacious 140 sqm. The entrance with storage and wind lock is conveniently located on the ground floor. A large hall leads to 4 bedrooms and the in-house wellness area. Via an open staircase you reach the first floor with the living, open kitchen, roomy lounge area and dining area. A gas fireplace ensures a warm and cozy stay. Also located on the first floor, you will find the master suite with its own en suite bathroom. Double glass doors from the living lead to a large and covered balcony from where you have an unobstructed view over the valley.
T120X
This chalet has the same design as the T140 Treehouse but is a bit smaller. The living area of this beatifull chalet is 140 3qm. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds (or 10 with a bunkbed). The entrance with storage and wind lock is conventiently located on the ground floor. A large hall leads to 3 bedrooms and the in-house wellness area. Via an open staircase you reach the first floor with the living, open kitchen, roomy lounge area and dining area. A gas fireplace ensures a warm and cozy stay. Also located on the first floor, you will find the master suite with its own en suite bathroom.
