The chalets are built from a classic wooden framework and many have a terrace on the south side. Other chalets enjoy a beautiful view onto the Dachstein mountain range.  The chalets have a living space of 90 m2 with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  On the ground floor you find the living room with open kitchen, hall, toilet, and a bathroom.  On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet.  There are many possible optional extras you can choose such as a built-in sauna or a conservatory. However you can arrange to have these works carried out after you have taken possession of your chalet.

There will be ample central facilities on offer including a reception area, lounge, restaurant, supermarket, ski hire and a wellness centre with swimming pool, sauna, hamam etc. The chalet park is directly accessible from the main road.

Inside the chalet you can have the solid wood walls showing and choose a stone floor with floor heating (option). The wooden beamed ceiling and the gas (open) fireplace (extra wooden burner as an option) will give a homely feel to the chalet.
