Different Chalet Types
The chalets will be built around the traditional timber framework construction, on plots of around 500 – 600 m². You can choose to build a chalet with a surface area of between 70 m² and 115 m². All the bedrooms and bathrooms are of a high standard. Every whim can be catered for, such as a fireplace, sauna, jacuzzi, covered terace, conservatory etc. It is possible to have these works done later, if you prefer.
A reception will be built for general use. The chalet park is directly accessible from the main road. Between the gravel roads on the park and on the individual plots there will be areas of grass.
The layout of the chalets vary depending on the type of property you choose. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen, a toilet, a hall and a covered terrace. The first floor consists of either 3 or 4 bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with bath and toilet.
We can also offer a chalet with a special design - the Turmchalet. This chalet has 3 floors, and on the top floor there is a luxury suite with private bathroom (with bath and toilet) and a covered balcony with the possibility of having a jacuzzi installed.
If you wish, the decoration and furnishing of the chalet will be taken care of by an interior design company called Cosmo which has an extensive choice of styles, colours and materials. With their help you can have your chalet decorated exactly the way you want it. The basic package is of the standard advised by international tour operators for rental properties.
