Because of the location of this project, contemporary and modern architecture has been chosen. The exceptional split-level design with a lot of glass and a playful layout befits this natural environment perfectly. The building work is based on the design of the famous architectects’ office, Team a Graz, run by Herbert Missoni and Jörg Wallmuller from Graz.

This office was inspired by the internationally renowned “Grazer Schule” and has already had many architectural pieces under its hat such as the Kärnter Tourismusschulen in Villach, Therme NOVA in Köflach and the Arnold-Schwarzenegger-Stadion in Graz-Liebenau.

In Alpenchalets Klippitz the average plotsize is 600 m2. Some plots can be split into two separate parts of 300 m2. The following chalets are available:
