Alpinpark Turracher Höhe

The Alpine Park Turracher Höhe is a chalet village with an obliged rental and management scheme. For the rental and management the buyers will sign an  individual agreement with the management organization of the chalet park; the Alpenpark Turrach-Steinalm Besitz und Verwaltunggesellschaft mbh. The buyer will subsequently acquire a share in this managementorganization and becomes partly owner of the  receptionbuilding and infrastructural facilities).

The managementcompany will ensure that the chalets are let and the park, reception and general facilities are managed.  This management will be carried out by the four star hotel Jaegerwirt www.seehotel-jaegerwirt.at.

 

There is an obligation to let your chalet. You are allowed, however, extensive private use. As the chalets are let you are not required to pay any VAT on the purchase of the property. You as owner, receive a rental income related to the achieved occupancy of the house. The settlement of the rent bill is always per individual chalet and takes not place through a poolsystem. With this level of management you are assured of the excellent care and maintenance of your property, combined with a good rental income.
