Chaletpark Hohentauern

Austria has strict laws for the acquiring of real estate by foreigners. However,  the Chaletpark Hohentauern falls under the so-called “Zweitwohnsitzgenehmigung” which allows you to rent out your chalet through a professional body, use it as a second home or live there full time. This means that you can live there full time yourself or rent it out. THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO LET!

 

You are free to spend all your time in your residence, rent it out yourself or hand the responsibility over to a specialist. For our parks with no, or limited rental obligation (where the owners want to have more freedom), we offer different kind of rental platforms.

 

With professional rental you can make an attractive income of between 4-7% per year.
