The Lodge Company is the rental organisation run by NextHome. If you too would like to experience how enjoyable a holiday can be in a traditional Austrian chalet, you can rent a chalet through us in one of our development projects.

We are also offering you the chance to book a a chalet in a project which is still under construction. Of course you will get a substantial discount and you will stay in a beautiful new and well-equipped house.

We have a different types of chalets in various price categories and design. The créme de la créme of the chalets are those marked Snow & Sun Villa.

These are the houses chosen for their stylish interiors, luxury kitchens and bathrooms. They are spacious, have luxury facilities such as an "in-house" wellness, covered veranda, conservatory, large sun terraces, carports, sauna, internet etc.
